Scott Robinson’s Robinson Realty has been helping to satisfy the San Fernando Valley's Real Estate needs for Commercial and Residential properties since 1983, specializing in Woodland Hills and adjacent areas .
Scott left Philadelphia in the late sixties, and headed to California. He spent the next six years repairing apartment buildings, while gaining valuable knowledge about real estate watching the owners build an impressive apartment empire. Having developed a true passion for real estate, he passed the real estate exams and started working for the Jon Douglas Company. Scott truly excelled at his chosen profession. Six months after receiving his license, the Jon Douglas Company entrusted him with Corporate training.
He was out to succeed, hitting a hundred doors a day, making scores of calls every night, and mailing about three thousand flyers a month. The hard work paid off. Scott became one of the top agents at the Jon Douglas Company, and helped start their Mentor program. He loved watching new agents “get it” and succeed. After eight years, Scott moved over to White House Properties, which gave him a lot more independence. He stayed there for three years, selling many residential and commercial properties.
After three years at White House Properties, Scott used his Broker’s license to open his own company, Robinson Realty. He loved the independence this gave him and truly enjoys helping the agents that work under his license. To help other succeed, Scott created the courses “Getting Top Dollar for your house” and “Buying and selling Foreclosures”, which he taught at Pierce College and at Everywoman’s Village for eight years.
